Lesson 2: Create your intuitive vision board

It’s time to tap into your creativity..

Have you ever created a vision board? This is a really powerful way to awaken your desire with art, image, and words. Please note you do not have to identify as an artist to create a vision board. You just need to open and willing. This is a really powerful tool to apply to your writing process.

In order to get clear on your book idea and spark up your deep motivation for this book, take this time to create a vision board for your writing. This is not about knowing what the book will be or about whether the vision board is “pretty,” rather it is about letting your intuition guide you.

Often my intuitive vision boards look like a kid creating them because I am releasing ego and letting my inner child show me what they most want to create. As you begin your vision boarding, surround yourself with supplies that inspires you. Poster board, large pieces of paper, magazines, quotes, pens, markers, crayons, paints, you name it! You make the rules here.

Before you do you vision board, tune into my envision meditation to open your mind. Then set your timer for an hour and create your vision board for your book idea. Don’t judge it, but let whatever appears appear. After you are done, free write on themes you see and intuitive invitations for your book that showed up. What is this vision board saying about your book and what you desire for this process?

Happy intention setting friend!
