Map Your Story

$555.00

This gentle, supportive writing container for the writer who has a book inside them but is unsure where to begin. I help you get clear on your idea, identify the heart of your message or story, and shape it into a structure that feels doable for your nervous system and aligned with your truth.

This is for you if your idea feels big, fuzzy, overwhelming, or scattered. It is also for you if you have several ideas and you need to know which one is the book.

This process honors your body, your story, your pace, and your lived experience.

Part One: Clarifying the Idea

A deep, guided, trauma-informed coaching session to uncover the true book inside you.

In this session, we:

• explore the deeper why behind your book
• identify the core truth or message at the center of your story
• map the themes, questions, or lived experiences that shape the narrative
• listen to the body for clarity, resonance, and direction
• determine the intended reader and what they need from you
• choose the clearest version of your idea so you can stop circling and start moving forward

You will leave part one with:

• a clear, grounded book idea
• the central question or message your book is answering
• a sense of what belongs in the book and what does not
• your next small step so you do not overwhelm your nervous system

Part Two: Outlining the Book

A practical, supportive session where we shape your clarified idea into a workable structure.

In this session, we:

• choose the right structure for your book: nonfiction, memoir, or hybrid
• map the arc of the story or progression of ideas
• identify key scenes, moments, or chapters
• organize what goes where
• remove the pressure to be perfect and focus on flow and coherence
• create an outline style that matches your nervous system: slow, simple, layered, or modular

You will leave part two with:

• a complete working outline
• a clear chapter list or arc
• a roadmap you can follow without burning out
• a writing plan that supports your capacity and creative energy
• the confidence of knowing exactly where to begin

What you receive

• Two 60-minute trauma-informed coaching sessions
• A personalized story map document
• A clear working outline for your book
• Email support between the two sessions if needed
• A gentle writing plan based on your energy and your life

Once you sign up, I’ll send you a link to schedule our first call, a book idea clarity meditation, and a welcome email! I can’t wait to support you!
